Terms of Service

MysteryFlightClub ("we", "us", "our", "Company") is a Florida-based travel service that books mystery round-trip flights and hotel accommodations to undisclosed US destinations on behalf of its customers. We operate exclusively within the United States and all destinations are domestic.

MysteryFlightClub is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Florida. Our contact information is available at the bottom of this page and on our Contact Us page.

By accessing our website, completing a booking, or making a payment to MysteryFlightClub, you ("Customer", "Traveler", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms you must not proceed with a booking.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• All information provided at the time of booking is accurate, current and complete
• You are authorized to make this booking on behalf of all travelers in your party
• You have read and understood these Terms of Service in their entirety
• You understand and accept the mystery nature of this service including that the destination, hotel, airline and exact travel dates are selected at our sole discretion

The core nature of MysteryFlightClub is that we make all travel decisions on your behalf. By booking with us you explicitly agree and acknowledge that the following are selected entirely at our sole and absolute discretion:

Every MysteryFlightClub booking includes the following:

• Round-trip flights — Economy class round-trip airfare from your selected departure city to your mystery destination and back
• Hotel accommodation — 2 nights at a quality hotel selected at our discretion (3 nights if Extra Night add-on is purchased)
• Destination reveal — Your destination is revealed 7 days before departure (or within 72 hours of booking if Early Reveal add-on is purchased)

All pricing is per package as displayed at the time of booking. The Solo Traveler package includes a $150 single supplement fee to cover the cost of a private hotel room.

The following are expressly NOT included in any MysteryFlightClub booking unless separately purchased as an add-on:

• Baggage fees — All carry-on and checked baggage fees are the sole responsibility of the traveler and must be arranged and paid for directly with the airline
• Seat selection — Specific seat assignments must be arranged directly with the airline and may incur additional fees
• Meals — No meals are included unless provided complimentary by the hotel
• Ground transportation — Transfers to and from airports are not included
• Resort fees and city taxes — Any fees charged by hotels or local governments are the responsibility of the traveler and must be paid locally
• Travel insurance — Unless the Travel Insurance add-on is purchased
• Personal expenses — Activities, excursions, entertainment, shopping and all personal expenses
• Hotel incidentals — Security deposits, mini-bar charges, room service and any other hotel charges beyond the room rate
• Flight upgrades — Business or first class upgrades

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

By completing payment you authorize MysteryFlightClub to charge the full booking amount to your selected payment method. You confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

MysteryFlightClub reserves the right to:

• Correct any pricing errors at any time and notify you before processing
• Refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion
• Cancel a booking made at an incorrect price and offer a full refund

You will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase. Your destination reveal and travel documents will be sent to the email address provided at booking.

When booking with MysteryFlightClub you select a preferred 7-day travel window — a start date and the 6 days that follow. This window represents your preferred travel period.

You acknowledge and agree to the following regarding travel dates:

• Minimum advance notice — Bookings must be made at least 14 days before your selected travel window start date
• 7-day window — We will book your trip at any point within your selected 7-day window based on the best available flights and hotel rates
• +/- 1 day flexibility — MysteryFlightClub reserves the right to book your trip up to one (1) calendar day before or after your selected 7-day window if operationally required to secure the best available flights and accommodation. By booking you explicitly consent to this flexibility
• Travel validity — All travel must be completed by December 15, 2026. Bookings cannot be extended beyond this date
• Blackout dates — Major US holidays and peak travel periods are not available for booking. These are clearly marked on our booking calendar

MysteryFlightClub is not responsible for any costs, losses or inconveniences arising from the use of this date flexibility including but not limited to pre-arranged plans, work commitments or other travel arrangements made by the customer.

MysteryFlightClub is committed to booking quality accommodations for all travelers. Our hotel selection policy is as follows:

MysteryFlightClub reserves the right to substitute the booked hotel with a comparable alternative of equal or greater quality if the original hotel becomes unavailable due to overbooking, closure or any other reason beyond our control.

MysteryFlightClub books economy class round-trip airfare on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree to the following regarding flights:

• Airline selection — The airline is selected at our sole discretion based on availability, routing and value
• Direct flights — Direct flights are not guaranteed. Your booking may include one or more connecting flights
• Flight times — Departure and arrival times are selected at our discretion. We aim to book reasonable departure times but cannot guarantee specific time windows
• Baggage — Only the ticket is included. All baggage fees must be paid directly to the airline. See Section 5
• Seat selection — Specific seat assignments are not included and must be arranged directly with the airline
• Flight changes by airline — MysteryFlightClub is not responsible for any schedule changes, delays, cancellations or rebookings made by the airline after your flights have been booked. In the event of an airline cancellation we will make reasonable efforts to find alternative flights

We strongly recommend that all travelers reconfirm their flight schedule directly with the airline within 24 hours of departure. MysteryFlightClub is not responsible for any losses arising from flight disruptions caused by the airline.

Specifically, no refund will be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with the mystery destination allocated to you
• Previous visits to the allocated destination
• Change of mind after booking
• Personal circumstances including illness, work conflicts or family emergencies unless covered by the Travel Insurance add-on
• Flight delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by the airline
• Hotel dissatisfaction where the hotel meets our stated quality standards
• Failure to travel within the booked dates for any reason
• Unused portions of any booking

By completing a booking with MysteryFlightClub you explicitly agree to our non-refundable policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company for any of the following reasons constitutes an improper chargeback:

• Dissatisfaction with the mystery destination, hotel or any other component of the trip
• Change of mind after booking
• Failure to read or understand these Terms of Service before booking
• Flight disruptions, delays or cancellations caused by the airline
• Hotel rating discrepancies between travel platforms where our quality standards have been met
• Unused portions of your booking
• Personal circumstances preventing travel
• Chargebacks initiated by family members, friends or any third party with access to your payment method
• Any dispute arising from the inherent mystery nature of our service

MysteryFlightClub reserves the right to dispute any improper chargeback and to recover all associated costs including but not limited to chargeback fees, legal fees and any other expenses incurred in defending against an improper chargeback claim.

In the event of an improper chargeback MysteryFlightClub reserves the right to cancel any associated travel booking and pursue all available legal remedies.

MysteryFlightClub offers the following optional add-ons at the time of booking:

• Early Destination Reveal (+$19pp) — Reveals your destination within 72 hours of booking instead of 7 days before departure. Non-refundable once destination has been revealed
• Extra Night Hotel Upgrade (+$59pp) — Extends your hotel stay from 2 nights to 3 nights at the same hotel selected by us. Subject to hotel availability
• Travel Insurance (+$29pp) — Provides coverage for trip cancellation, delays, lost baggage and emergency medical expenses. Subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider
• Mystery Merch Pack (+$9pp) — Branded luggage tag and sticker set shipped to your door. Also enters you into our monthly draw to win a free Mystery Flight. Physical product subject to standard shipping terms

All add-ons are priced per person and are non-refundable once purchased. Add-ons can only be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added after a booking is confirmed.

As a traveler booking with MysteryFlightClub you are solely responsible for the following:

• Valid ID — All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID. No passport is required as all destinations are within the United States
• Accurate information — All names provided must match the traveler's government-issued ID exactly. Name correction fees charged by airlines are the sole responsibility of the traveler
• Baggage — Arranging and paying for all baggage fees directly with the airline
• Flight reconfirmation — Reconfirming your flight schedule directly with the airline within 24 hours of departure
• Airport arrival — Arriving at the airport with sufficient time before departure. MysteryFlightClub is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival
• Special needs — Notifying us of any accessibility requirements, dietary needs or medical conditions at the time of booking
• Hotel incidentals — Paying any security deposits, resort fees, city taxes or other charges required by the hotel at check-in
• Traveler behavior — All travelers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. MysteryFlightClub is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inappropriate behavior including removal from flights or accommodation

MysteryFlightClub acts as a travel booking service and is not the direct provider of flights or hotel accommodation. We use third-party airlines and hotels to fulfill your booking. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors or failures of any third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels or any other service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law MysteryFlightClub's total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific booking.

MysteryFlightClub is not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by airlines
• Hotel overbooking or any changes made by the hotel
• Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury, illness or death during travel
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with airline or hotel requirements
• Any costs or losses arising from the use of our +/- 1 day date flexibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MysteryFlightClub and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or your conduct during travel.

MysteryFlightClub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Acts of God including earthquakes, floods, hurricanes or other natural disasters
• War, terrorism, civil unrest or government actions
• Pandemic, epidemic or public health emergency
• Strikes, labor disputes or industrial action
• Government travel restrictions or advisories
• Airline or hotel insolvency or closure
• Any other event beyond our reasonable control

In the event of a force majeure we will make reasonable efforts to find alternative arrangements. However we cannot guarantee a refund in force majeure circumstances and any refunds will be subject to amounts recoverable from our suppliers.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your booking with MysteryFlightClub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date of travel or the date the cause of action arose, whichever is earlier. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred.

MysteryFlightClub is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Florida as required by Florida law. Florida law requires sellers of travel to maintain a surety bond or have other financial assurance for customer protection.

As required by Florida Statute 559.927, the following disclosure is provided:

MysteryFlightClub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our website or any booking made after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service periodically.

The Terms of Service in effect at the time of your booking will govern that specific booking. Any changes made after your booking date will not affect your existing booking.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MysteryFlightClub with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. MysteryFlightClub's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
